HOLLY OAK DRIVE IN LOS FELIZ, CA. This project included
the renovation and additions to a 1933 Spanish Colonial Revival
estate originally commissioned by William Randolf Hearst and
designed by Nordstrom and Anderson, Architects. The work
included reworking of the yard and landscaping, a new courtyard
and fountain and the design of a Guesthouse. Additional
work on the house included renovation of the bathrooms including
custom design tile.
Interiors and furnishings are by Barbara Barry. This
project has been published in Douglas Wood's book, THE
CALIFORNIA CASA by Rizzoli International and is featured on the
cover of the book.
